Chongqing Jinsha Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (formerly Chongqing Wonjan Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) was established in January 2004. Originally a state-owned holding enterprise under Chongqing Wonjan Industrial Co., Ltd., it underwent a shareholding reform through listing on the Chongqing United Assets and Equity Exchange on April 23, 2011, transforming into a wholly private-owned limited liability company with a registered capital of 30 million CNY. Headquartered in Hechuan High-tech Zone, Chongqing, the company has established a three-wheeled motorcycle production base in Yanshi, Henan Province. Its product portfolio focuses on two-wheeled and three-wheeled motorcycles, serving domestic markets while exporting to over 30 countries and regions in Asia, Europe, and South America.  To cultivate new economic growth drivers and accelerate transformation, the company has heavily invested in technological innovation and R&D. To date, it has obtained 10 invention patents, 15 utility model patents, and 21 design patents. It has been recognized as a “Municipal-Level Enterprise Technology Center”, “High-Tech Enterprise”, “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Enterprise”, “Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise” by Chongqing Municipality, and an “AEO Advanced Certified Enterprise” by Chongqing Customs. Its trademark “WONJAN” is designated as a “Chongqing Famous Trademark”.  To meet production demands and maintain global competitiveness, the company relocated to Hechuan High-tech Zone in December 2019 and commenced operations at its new facility in January 2020. The new factory spans a total floor area of 169,532.43 square meters, equipped with 2 vehicle assembly lines, 2 engine assembly lines, 10 robot automated welding production lines, 1 environmentally compliant coating line, and advanced testing equipment and R&D centers. The facility has an annual production capacity of 400,000 motorcycles and 600,000 engines.  In line with its strategic development plan, the company adheres to a “dual-wheel drive” strategy, consolidating its domestic market while actively expanding overseas. To reflect this vision, “Chongqing Wonjan Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd.” officially renamed itself “Chongqing Jinsha Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd.” on July 17, 2023.
